Student Systems is responsible for the direction, development, and support of the IT systems that underpin academic administration at Oxford.
We have three main functions:
Strategy and planning: to ensure that our services align with the University’s strategic plan and keep pace with technological change.
Support: to ensure that our users receive effective support and training, and that our services are efficiently operated and maintained. The Student Systems Support Centre (SSSC) provides guidance, training, management, and development for a variety of systems.
Service improvement: to monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services, ensuring that we meet the expectations of service users. See the Improvements page for further information.
