Our Services
Student Systems is responsible for the direction, development, and support of the IT systems that underpin academic administration at Oxford.
We have three main functions:
Strategy and planning: to ensure that our services align with the University’s strategic plan and keep pace with technological change.
Support: to ensure that our users receive effective support and training, and that our services are efficiently operated and maintained. The Student Systems Support Centre (SSSC) provides guidance, training, management, and development for a variety of systems.
Service improvement: to monitor and enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services, ensuring that we meet the expectations of service users. See the Improvements page for further information.

SITS:Vision 10.9 Upgrade: eVision and SITS:Vision unavailable from 5pm Friday 25th July to 9am Monday 28th July
eVision (including Student Self Service and Graduate Applicant Self Service) and SITS:Vision will be unavailable from 5pm Friday 25th July to 9am Monday 28th July as part of the SITS 10.9 upgrade. Please ensure that you have logged out of eVision and/or SITS:Vision before 5pm. For further information please see the Notices page.
